S’mores Brownie Bites

Mini brownie bites- I used Sugarbowl Bakery

Mini marshmallows

Food torch

Graham cracker buttercream:
1 stick of butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2-2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Makes 2830 brownie bites

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the butter until smooth. Add in half of the powdered sugar and mix. Add in the rest of the sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until combined.
  2. Set the brownies on a flat surface. Place the frosting into a piping bag with a round tip. Pipe a dollop of frosting onto each brownie. Add 3-4 marshmallows to the top of the frosting. 
  3. Torch the marshmallows until they’re lightly toasted. Be sure not to melt the buttercream. Transfer to a plate and serve.
