  • 1 bag frozen edamame (in the pod or shelled, your choice)
  • 12 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, or your favorite seasoning blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss the frozen edamame with olive oil in a bowl (or lightly spray/drizzle them right in the basket).
  3. Spread the frozen edamame in a single layer in the basket. (No need to thaw.)
  4. Air fry for 10–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pods or beans are lightly browned and crispy.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and immediately season with salt, pepper, and any extra spices while hot so they stick.
  6. Serve warm as a snack or side dish.
