Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix- Use Fiesta ranch if you want a little kick
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup (regular or reduced fat)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  2. Add the chicken to the bottom of the crockpot. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper evenly over the chicken.
  3. Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth on top. Gently stir just enough to coat the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily pulls apart.
  5. Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir it into the creamy sauce until well combined.

Optional: Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or tucked into a toasted bun for an easy dinner win.
