- Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Add the chicken to the bottom of the crockpot. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper evenly over the chicken.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth on top. Gently stir just enough to coat the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily pulls apart.
- Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir it into the creamy sauce until well combined.
Optional: Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or tucked into a toasted bun for an easy dinner win.
