  • 1 lb ground chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Splash of chicken broth or water, if needed

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground chicken breast and break it up with a spatula.
  3. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.
  4. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring often, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly browned.
  5. If the pan gets too dry, add a splash of broth or water to keep things juicy.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
