Instructions

  1. Melt about 1/4 bag of the white chocolate until smooth. Tint it green using oil-based food coloring.
  2. Pour the green chocolate into the mini turtle mold and place it in the refrigerator until completely set.
  3. Place the narrow rectangle mold on a flat surface. Melt the remaining white chocolate according to the package instructions. Tint about 3/4 of the melted chocolate peach.
  4. Fill each cavity of the narrow mold halfway with the peach chocolate. Place a Nutter Butter cookie on top of the chocolate, then cover it with more peach chocolate until the mold is filled. Refrigerate until fully set, then carefully remove the chocolate bars from the mold.
  5. If needed, gently re-melt a small amount of the white chocolate and tint it blue. Pour it into a piping bottle.
  6. Pipe a small “water” design along the bottom of each chocolate bar. While the chocolate is still soft, place two of the mini green turtles onto each bar so they look like they’re resting near the water.
  7. Let everything set completely before serving.
