  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed gingerbread cookies
  • ½ cup crushed shortbread cookies
  • 1 cup regular mini marshmallows
  • Graham crackers, fruit, or vanilla wafers for dipping
  • Small disposable aluminum pan

Instructions

  1. Grease the pan and add the white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate together in an even layer.
  2. Sprinkle the crushed gingerbread and shortbread cookies over the chocolate.
  3. Top with mini marshmallows.
  4. Grill at medium-low heat with the lid closed for 6 to 9 minutes, until everything is melted and the marshmallows are puffed and lightly toasted. Serve warm and watch it disappear fast.
