  • 12 tart shells, homemade or store-bought
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat the heavy cream until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth and glossy.
  4. Spoon the ganache evenly into the tart shells.
  5. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes, or until the ganache is just set.
  6. Drizzle the tops with caramel sauce and finish with a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
