Rainbow Sprinkles Lucky Charms Treats

- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
- 6 to 6 ½ cups Rainbow Sprinkles Lucky Charms cereal
- ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
- 1 cup chopped Birthday Cake Golden Oreos
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and marshmallows, stirring frequently until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Add the Lucky Charms one cup at a time, gently folding to coat.
- Stir in the rainbow sprinkles and chopped Oreos.
- Quickly fold in the white chocolate chips—just until combined so they don’t melt completely.
- Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
- Top with extra rainbow sprinkles for a festive finish. Let cool completely before slicing.
