Pretty in Pink Oreo Hearts

Instructions

  1. Place the heart mold on a flat surface so it stays steady while you work.
  2. Melt the white chocolate according to the package directions. Tint about three-quarters of it hot pink and leave the remaining quarter white. Set the white aside for drizzling later.
  3. Spoon the hot pink chocolate into each mold, filling them about halfway. Press a Golden Oreo into the center of each heart, then cover completely with more chocolate.
  4. Gently tap the mold on the counter to release any air bubbles. If the Oreos float up, lightly press them back down so they stay centered.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until fully set.
  6. Carefully remove the hearts from the mold and place them on a cutting board. Let them come to room temperature, then lightly spray with pink edible glitter dust.
  7. Re-melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over each heart. Finish with a few red heart sprinkles and let them set until the drizzle is no longer wet.
