Pretty in Pink Oreo Hearts

- 1 plastic heart Oreo mold (Spinning Leaf)
- 1 bag white Ghirardelli melting wafers
- Pink oil-based food coloring
- Double Stuf Golden Oreos
- Pink edible glitter dust: this one or this one
- Small red heart sprinkles
- Plastic drizzle bottles
Instructions
- Place the heart mold on a flat surface so it stays steady while you work.
- Melt the white chocolate according to the package directions. Tint about three-quarters of it hot pink and leave the remaining quarter white. Set the white aside for drizzling later.
- Spoon the hot pink chocolate into each mold, filling them about halfway. Press a Golden Oreo into the center of each heart, then cover completely with more chocolate.
- Gently tap the mold on the counter to release any air bubbles. If the Oreos float up, lightly press them back down so they stay centered.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until fully set.
- Carefully remove the hearts from the mold and place them on a cutting board. Let them come to room temperature, then lightly spray with pink edible glitter dust.
- Re-melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over each heart. Finish with a few red heart sprinkles and let them set until the drizzle is no longer wet.
