Layer Order (mini or full-size mason jars):
Pound cake → Lemon curd → Berries → Pound cake → Lemon curd → Berries → Whipped cream → Crushed shortbread + cookie on top
Use one frozen pound cake, fully thawed and cut into small cubes (about ½–¾ inch pieces). You can also toast them lightly in the oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes if you want a little extra texture.
