Line a 13×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt the milk chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. It usually takes about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Pour the melted chocolate into the dish and spread it into an even layer.
Melt the marshmallow melts the same way, then drizzle them over the chocolate. Use as much or as little as you like.
Grab a knife or skewer and gently swirl the two together for a marbled look.
Sprinkle the crushed cookies over the top, making sure they’re spread out evenly.
Add the glittery sugar for a little sparkle.
Press in the jelly beans and let the bark set at room temperature. If you want a faster result, pop it in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.
Once it’s firm, let it return to room temp, break it into pieces, and serve!
