1 box of brownie mix + the ingredients listed on the box
Peppermint bark (enough to cover the first brownie layer)- I love Ghirardelli
Holiday sprinkles if desired
Instructions
Make the box mix as directed.
Place half in a 9” square dish.
Top it with a layer of peppermint bark.
Spread the rest of the brownie mix on top.
Add the sprinkles and bake as directed! Let them cool completely.
Optional add-on: I topped mine with chocolate ganache I used 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Add 1 tbsp of room temp butter if you’d like it richer. Heat the heavy cream in the microwave for one minute. Pour in the chocolate chips and let it sit for a minute. Whisk it until smooth. If using the butter, stir it in. Spread it on the brownies and top with additional sprinkles and peppermint bark if desired.
