Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box fudgy brownie mix, plus the ingredients listed on the box
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup raspberry preserves
  • ½ cup melted chocolate, for drizzling
  • Chocolate-covered espresso beans, for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions. Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper and pour the batter evenly into the pan.
  2. Drop small spoonfuls of caramel sauce and raspberry preserves across the surface of the batter. Use a knife to gently swirl them through, keeping the motion loose. Aim for distinct pockets of flavor rather than fully blending everything together.
  3. Bake according to the box directions for a 9-inch pan. Because the brownies are thicker, start checking toward the later end of the suggested bake time. A toothpick inserted should come out with moist crumbs, not wet batter.
  4. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  5. Once cooled, slice into thick squares. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of each in a relaxed, coffeehouse-style pattern. Finish with chocolate-covered espresso beans on each square and serve.
