Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9″ square dish with baking spray and line it with parchment paper
In a bowl, mix the oil and sugar until well combined.
Add in the eggs and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients- baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, and flour.
Stir dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully incorporated.
Fold in sprinkles, if desired.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and top with the Cookie Pop OREO® Popcorn. Be sure to lightly press the popcorn into the batter so that they bake into it. I used about 1/3 of the bag.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares. If some of the popcorn comes off when cutting it, just keep it on the side to snack on!
