Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant banana pudding
  • 2 cups (480 ml) milk
  • 1 can (395 g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, divided
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 910 Oatmeal Creme Pies
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling
  • Optional- To give it an Easter touch, add on Peeps, sprinkles, chocolate eggs, or your favorite candies

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the banana pudding, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping. If you can’t get it completely smooth, use a whisk and gently mix until it is fully incorporated. Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
  2. When you’re ready to assemble and serve the trifle, start by placing the oatmeal creme pies at the base. Cut six pies into eight pieces each and place in an even layer. Next, add the banana slices. Pour the banana pudding mixture on top.
  3. If desired, add sprinkles, chocolate eggs, or candies.
  4. Spread the whipped topping over the pudding and then sprinkle with cinnamon. Add on any other Easter garnishes, Peeps, or additional sprinkles.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
