North Pole Cookies And Creami Ice Cream

- 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Mix-Ins
- ½ cup crushed Holiday Oreos (red cream center), broken into bite-size pieces
- 2 to 3 tablespoons holiday sprinkles (jimmies or confetti)
Instructions
- In a Ninja Creami pint, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Secure the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours, until completely solid.
- Remove the pint from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it into the outer bowl.
- Lock into the Ninja Creami and run the Ice Cream cycle.
- If the texture looks crumbly, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk and run a Re-Spin cycle until smooth.
- Create a well in the center of the ice cream.
- Add the crushed Holiday Oreos and holiday sprinkles.
- Run the Mix-In cycle.
- Scoop and serve immediately.
