Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen honeydew melon cubes
  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 12 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk, yogurt, kiwi, honeydew, banana, lime juice, lime zest, chia seeds, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again. If you want it colder, add a few ice cubes.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
