  • 1 boxed brownie mix (Ghirardelli Peppermint is amazing here)
  • Ingredients listed on the box
  • 1 container chocolate fudge frosting
  • Holiday sprinkles
  • Crushed candy canes
  • Chopped Peppermint Kit Kats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan with parchment and lightly spray the sides.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to the box. Pour into the pan and spread evenly.
  3. Bake 22 to 28 minutes, depending on the mix. The center should be set and fudgy, and a toothpick should come out with moist crumbs.
  4. Cool completely in the pan so it stays intact. Run a knife around the edge and remove the springform ring. Chill for a sturdier brownie base.
  5. Transfer to a board or platter. Frost with chocolate fudge frosting. Add sprinkles, crushed candy canes, and Peppermint Kit Kats over the top.
  6. Slice like a pizza and serve.
