Ingredients

  • 1 (14.3 oz) package Golden Oreos
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bag Ghirardelli white melts + green oil-based food coloring (or green candy melts)
  • 2 oz white chocolate, for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red heart sprinkles and holiday sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Add Oreos to a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
  2. Mix in the cream cheese and vanilla extract until the mixture forms a smooth, thick dough.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 20–30 minutes in the fridge or 10 minutes in the freezer.
  4. Melt the candy melts (or Ghirardelli melts tinted with green oil-based coloring) in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle in the green coating, tapping off excess. Place on parchment and refrigerate until set.
  6. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and top with a red heart and a few festive sprinkles before the coating hardens.
  7. Chill until firm, then store in the fridge until ready to serve.
