- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- Brush the pitas with the olive oil. Cut the them into triangles (like pizza slices).
- Arrange the triangles on a baking sheet in a single layer (no overlapping for best crispiness).
- In a small bowl, mix the salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the pita triangles.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until firm.Let them cool for 15 minutes— they’ll crisp and harden up even more as they cool.
*Note- it’s better to bake them longer, at a lower temp so that they do not burn and really dry out.
