¼ c Rice Krispies Treats Creamer + 2 tbsp for icing
1 pkg cinnamon rolls- either 8 count or 5 count
1 c powdered sugar
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp marshmallow fluff
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 8” pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the cinnamon rolls in the dish. Pour the RKT creamer over the rolls.
Bake them for approximately 15-18 minutes. The 5 count larger rolls will take longer than the 8 count.
Meanwhile, in another small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and 2 tbsp of creamer. Mix until smooth. Stir in the fluff and mix with a spoon until completely smooth. Since it has the fluff in it, it’ll be thicker but it melts nicely onto the rolls. If you’d like it thinner, add 1 tbsp of additional heavy cream at a time.
Remove the rolls from the oven. Let them cool a minute or two and then top with the icing. Let them cool for a bit in the pan then enjoy!
Alternatively, if you’d really like the flavors to come together, let them cool completely then just heat them up before eating. Or serve room temp 🙂
