Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz simple syrup (or marshmallow syrup if you can find it!)
  • 1 oz Mozart white chocolate or chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • Glittery sugar, for rimming the glass plus extra simple syrup
  • Peeps on a skewer for a garnish (link skewers)

Instructions

  1. Rim a martini glass with glittery sugar.  (See instructions below)
  2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, syrup, liqueur, and cream.
  3. Shake it well, then strain into the prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with a Peep skewer—perch it on the rim or let it float.

How to Get the Glittery Sugar to Stick:

  1. Prep your glass: Pour a little simple syrup, marshmallow syrup, or even honey onto a small plate.
  2. Dip the rim: Gently dip the rim of your martini glass into the syrup, making sure it’s evenly coated.
  3. Add the sparkle: On another plate, pour out your glittery sugar. Roll the sticky rim in the sugar until it’s covered.
