  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper so you can easily lift the bars out later.
  2. Press half of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan. Make sure it reaches the corners and forms a smooth, even layer.
  3. Gently spread the marshmallow fluff over the dough. Leave a small border around the edges since the fluff will spread as it bakes.
  4. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips and the extra Lucky Charms marshmallow pieces evenly over the fluff layer.
  5. Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the top. Lightly press it down so everything feels connected but don’t flatten it completely. Finish with St. Paddy’s Day sprinkles.
  6. Bake for 22 to 28 minutes, until the top is lightly golden and the center is still slightly soft.
  7. Let the bars cool completely before slicing. The marshmallow layer needs time to set so you get clean, layered squares instead of a sticky slide.
