Love at First Bite Cookie Skillet

- One large oven-safe skillet: 10-11”
- 2 packages EatPastry PB&J Place & Bake Cookie Dough, room temperature
- 1 package Pillsbury Ready-to-Bake Hearts Shape Sugar Cookie Dough
- Vanilla ice cream
- Valentine’s sprinkles
- Crushed Valentine’s M&M’s Peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray your skillet with nonstick spray.
- Press the PB&J cookie dough into the skillet in an even layer. It doesn’t have to be perfect — little gaps are totally fine.
- Break apart about three-quarters of the heart-shaped sugar cookies and scatter them over the top.
- Bake for 24 to 26 minutes, just until the center is set and the edges are golden.
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes, then top with vanilla ice cream, sprinkles, and crushed M&M’s Peanuts.
- Grab big spoons and enjoy it warm and melty.
