Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can full-fat sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 12 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup M&M Minis
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and lightly spray.
  2. In a completely dry saucepan over low heat, add the chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, and 1 tablespoonof heavy cream. Stir slowly and constantly until fully melted and silky smooth.
  3. If the mixture looks thick instead of glossy, stir in a second tablespoon of cream.
  4. Remove from heat and gently stir in the vanilla and salt.
  5. Fold in the M&M Minis and crushed cookies just until combined.
  6. Spread into the pan and smooth the top.
    Decorate with mini M&M’s, Valentine’s sprinkles, and royal icing hearts.
  7. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm, then slice into squares.
