- 1/2 cup Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips

- Chocolate frosting and Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark mix, if desired

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–4 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
