  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c butter, softened
  • 1 box (3 1/2 c) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c crushed Oreos

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix. Add in the Oreos and mix until fully combined.
  2. I added this frosting to yellow cupcakes, but it would also be wonderful piped onto lemon cookies or even a lemon-vanilla layer cake!
