  • Juice and zest of 1 fresh lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for extra flavor).
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve over a fresh salad, fluffy rice, or roasted vegetables.
