Instructions

  1. Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until fully combined and smooth. The mixture should hold together easily when pressed.
  3. Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop the mixture and roll into smooth balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until firm.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate wafers according to package directions until smooth.
  6. Using a fork, dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, tapping gently to remove excess. Place back onto parchment paper.
  7. Immediately sprinkle a little extra Oreo crumb on top before the chocolate sets.
  8. Use a small dot of melted dark chocolate to attach an icing ladybug to the top of each truffle.
  9. Let the chocolate fully set before serving.
