  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 45 lemons)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or saucepan, stir the honey into the hot water until fully dissolved.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the honey syrup, lemon juice, and cold water. Stir well to blend.
  3. Add ice, give it a final stir, and refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice and garnish if you’re feeling fancy.
