Ingredients

  • 2 cups buttered honey popcorn (see instructions below)
  • 1 cup honey-roasted almonds
  • 1 cup pretzel twists
  • ½ cup vanilla wafer cookies (lightly crushed) like Nila wafers
  • ½ cup yogurt-covered raisins
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup honeycomb cereal
  • Drizzle: White chocolate + honey drizzle

Instructions

To Make Honey Popcorn:

  1. Pop 5 cups of plain popcorn.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp honey, and a pinch of salt until melted and combined.
  3. Drizzle over popcorn, tossing to coat. Let cool before using in the mix.

Final Assembly:

  1. Once honey popcorn is cooled, toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Melt ½ cup white chocolate and mix with 1 teaspoon honey. Drizzle over the mix and let it set before packing.
