Holiday Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 ready made chocolate pie crust- I used Mi Del Chocolate Snap
  • 2 cups of Hot Cocoa ice cream or another chocolate flavor
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 jar hot fudge topping (or to your preference), room temp
  • Snowman-shaped marshmallows
  • Holiday sprinkles- I used Man vs Cakes

Instructions

  1. Remove the lid off of the pie crust and set it aside.
  2. In a standing mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the ice cream until creamy about one minute. Fold in the marshmallows.
  3. Pour the softened ice cream into the pie crust. Place the lid back on (flipped over) and freeze it overnight.
  4. When ready, remove it from the freezer and top it with the fudge, smoothing it out into an even layer. Reminder this fudge shouldn’t be hot.
  5. Add snowman marshmallows around the border and holiday sprinkles in the center.
  6. Cut into slices and serve.
