Place the Oreo mold on a flat surface. Melt the white chocolate according to package directions. Set aside a small amount of melted chocolate for drizzling later. Add red oil-based candy coloring to the remaining chocolate and stir until fully blended.
Fill each mold cavity about halfway with the red chocolate. Press a holiday Oreo into each cavity, except for one. In the final cavity, use the Golden Oreo. Gently press each cookie down so it sits evenly.
Spoon more red chocolate over the top to fully cover the Oreos. Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until completely set. Carefully remove the Oreos from the mold.
Re-melt the reserved white chocolate and transfer it to a piping bottle. Drizzle over each Oreo and add holiday icing characters on top. Let the chocolate set, then serve at room temperature.
