1 bag Gingerbread-flavored chocolate (I used Sweet Shop Melt’ems)
1 bag of Fancy Sprinkles holiday baking confetti
You’ll also need:
Cellophane party favor bags
Holiday ribbon
Gingerbread boxes if desired
Gingerbread house baking pan- They don’t have the one I used anymore but try this mold or this baking pan
Instructions
In a small bowl, melt the gingerbread chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted.
Pour the chocolate into each mold cavity, keeping them evenly distributed.
Note- the mold doesn’t need to be sprayed or greased, it’s fine as is!
Once the pan is filled, add a generous amount of baking confetti to each. Lightly press it in so that it sinks in just a touch. Repeat with each gingerbread house.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
When you’re ready, flip the pan over onto a cutting board or smooth surface. They should just fall out. If they don’t, put them back in the fridge for another hour.
Wrap each gingerbread house in a cellophane bag and tie it with holiday ribbon. If you’re giving them out as favors, place a few in each themed party box.
