Place the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter in a microwave safe bowl Heat it in 30 second intervals until it’s totally melted.
Stir in the flour, pecans, and vanilla.
Drop 1/2 tbsp size scoops of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper or greased. These seem small, but they’ll spread too much if they’re large!
Bake for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. They’re extra extra chewy, almost a caramel texture, so be sure to let them cool completely on the pan and then move them to wire racks.
