Cookie Dough Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the crushed Fruity Pebbles and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into 1½-inch balls and place a few inches apart on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, just until the edges are set and lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool completely before adding the glaze.
Icing Instructions:
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and pourable. Start with 1½ tablespoons of milk and add more if needed.
- Drizzle over cooled cookies.
- Let glaze set for 15–20 minutes until dry to the touch.
