Ingredients

  • 1 oz Torani Diamond Syrup
  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut (like Coco López)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Optional: splash of vanilla almond milk for extra creaminess
  • Garnish: pineapple wedge, edible glitter, and/or a paper umbrella

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: Torani Diamond. rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, ice, frozen pineapple, lime juice, and optional almond milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and frosty.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass with a glittery rim, if desired
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a paper umbrella.
