Frosty Pink Snowflake S’mores

  • Snowflake s’mores mold
  • 2 bags White Ghirardelli melting chocolate
  • Pink oil-based food coloring
  • Piping bottles
  • Graham crackers
  • Marshmallow fluff
  • Holiday sprinkles (with pink accents)
  • Edible glitter dust

Instructions

  1. Set the mold on a flat, sturdy surface.
  2. Melt about one-third of a bag of white chocolate following the package directions.
  3. Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bottle and pipe the snowflake details in each cavity. Chill until firm.
  4. Melt a full bag of white chocolate and tint it pink with oil-based coloring.
  5. Spoon or pour the pink chocolate into each cavity, filling halfway.
  6. Layer in a graham cracker piece, a swirl of marshmallow fluff, and a pinch of sprinkles. Add a second graham cracker on top.
  7. Pour in more pink chocolate until filled. Tap the mold lightly to remove air bubbles. If the crackers float, gently press them back down.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
  9. Pop each s’more out of the mold, let them come to room temperature, mist with edible glitter, and serve.
