Frosted Animal Yogurt Bars

- 1½–2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3–4 tablespoons strawberry jam
- Summer-colored sprinkles
- 6–8 Summer Edition Mother’s Frosted Animal Cookies (whole)
- Plastic bar mold
Instructions
- Spoon or pipe the vanilla Greek yogurt into each cavity of a silicone bar mold, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Add a small spoonful of strawberry jam to each and swirl gently with a toothpick or skewer to create a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle summer-colored sprinkles on top and gently press whole animal cookies. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until completely solid.
- Carefully pop the bars out of the molds and serve frozen.
