Instructions

  1. Spoon or pipe the vanilla Greek yogurt into each cavity of a silicone bar mold, filling each about 3/4 full.
  2. Add a small spoonful of strawberry jam to each and swirl gently with a toothpick or skewer to create a marbled effect.
  3. Sprinkle summer-colored sprinkles on top and gently press whole animal cookies. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until completely solid.
  4. Carefully pop the bars out of the molds and serve frozen.
