Brie cheese, thinly sliced (rind on or off, your call)
Prosciutto, torn or folded into small ribbons
Honey (hot honey works too if you want a subtle kick)
Optional finishing touches: everything bagel seasoning, cracked black pepper, or flaky salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Gently slice the mini croissants open without cutting all the way through.
Layer a slice of Brie inside each croissant, followed by a folded piece of prosciutto. Close slightly so the filling peeks out.
Arrange on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5–7 minutes, just until the Brie softens and the croissants feel lightly toasted but not crisp.
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey while everything is warm. Finish with a tiny pinch of flaky salt or a crack of black pepper if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
