Elf-Inspired Cookie Skillet

- 1 pkg Pillsbury gingerbread cookie dough
- 1 pkg Pillsbury Ready-to-Bake Elf character cookies
- Christmas sprinkles- I used these
- Ice Cream of your choice- I used this flavor and vanilla
- Elf Candy by Brachs
Instructions
- Let the gingerbread cookie dough sit out until it is easy enough to work with.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12″ skillet with cooking spray. (You can use a smaller skillet, just be sure to adjust the baking time.)
- Press the gingerbread dough into the skillet making sure to reach the edges. Scatter sprinkles throughout the layer of dough. Place the Elf character cookies throughout the skillet about 1-2″ apart. You don’t have to use the entire package.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cookie is cooked but still a bit “gooey” inside.
- Top with ice cream and desired candy. Serve/eat immediately.
