  1. Line a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper to make it easier to remove the chocolate once set. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted (about 1 minute and 30 seconds total). Gradually stir in nonpareils, starting with 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach your desired amount.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly. Press Jack-o-lantern cookies gently into the chocolate to ensure they stay in place when you break the bark later. Add M&Ms, candy corn, or any other toppings you’d like.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Once set, remove the chocolate from the fridge and allow it to reach room temperature. Break into large pieces, carefully working around the cookies. Serve immediately and enjoy!
