Easy Double Chocolate Mug Cake

- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- Vanilla ice cream and mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a mug, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Add in the egg yolk, oil, water, and vanilla and stir. Lastly, mix in the mini chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 1 min and 30 seconds (check on it after 1 min!)
- Top with vanilla ice cream and mini marshmallows
