Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (1820 oz)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips- I used triple chips like these

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of dough (a medium cookie scoop works great) and roll into balls.
  6. Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes. The edges should be set, but the centers will still look soft. They will firm up as they cool.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
