These blondies are ALWAYS a hit, so I decided to give them an Easter twist. They are loaded with pastel M&Ms, mini marshmallow bits, sprinkles, and white chocolate chips. Forget carrots, this is the perfect treat to leave for the Easter Bunny!
The question I get asked the most is “how do I know when they’re done?” They’ll look slightly golden on the sides and the center won’t jiggle BUT I always refrigerate them afterwards for the perfect consistency
Want a fun twist? Use M&M peanuts or peanut butter M&Ms instead
For any dessert like brownies or blondies I always use parchment paper AND baking spray with flour to help remove them easily
Don’t like chocolate? Use white chocolate M&Ms
Don’t like white chocolate? Use milk chocolate chips or double the white chocolate
