Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together with a hand mixer (or stand mixer) until smooth and creamy—about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Mix in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Gradually add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
