Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix + the ingredients listed on the box (make sure it’s for a 13×9″ pan)
  • 1 jar Better Goods Cookies ‘n Cream Spread
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place a large sheet of parchment paper on a cutting board or tray, positioning it in the center of your workspace. Mark a 13×9″ rectangle lightly with a pencil to use as a guide. (I lay the pan onto the parchment paper and just trace around it.)
  2. Spread 3/4 to 1 full jar of Cookies ‘n Cream Spread evenly within the marked area on the parchment paper. Transfer the tray to the freezer and freeze overnight.
  3. When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 13×9″ pan with baking spray and optionally line it with parchment paper for easier removal. It’ll make them easier to pull out, but a little more patience when you’re spreading the batter into the pan.
  4. Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the box. Spread half of the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Remove the frozen spread from the freezer, carefully peel off the parchment paper, and place the frozen layer on top of the brownie batter in the pan. Spread the remaining batter over the frozen layer, smoothing it out.
  6. Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  7. Bake the brownies according to the package instructions. Allow them to cool completely before serving.
