Cookies for Santa: A No-Bake Holiday Dessert

  • 1 package Hot Cocoa Chips Ahoy cookies
  • Milk (for dipping cookies)
  • 1 package chocolate pudding (any variety), prepared as directed
  • 1 tub whipped cream
  • 1 package Holiday Oreos
  • Mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Sprinkles or holiday candies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Remove 16 Hot Cocoa Chips Ahoy cookies from the package (plus a few extras to fill any gaps). Dip each cookie in milk, shake off the excess, and arrange them in a 4×4 layer in a 9” square dish. Fill in gaps with broken cookie pieces if needed.
  2. Spread half of the prepared pudding evenly over the cookies, followed by half of the whipped cream.
  3. Dip 16 Holiday Oreos in milk, just as you did with the first layer of cookies. Arrange them in a 4×4 layer on top of the whipped cream. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top for extra texture (optional).
  4. Add the remaining pudding and finish with the rest of the whipped cream. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. It allows the flavors to meld and the cookies to soften for the perfect texture.
  5. Just before serving, top with additional mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, or holiday candies for a festive finish.
