This is perhaps the BEST bundt cake I’ve ever made or tried. It’s loaded with Oreos and sprinkles and topped with milk chocolate and more toppings. It’s a wonderful alternative to a birthday cake.
This Bundt cake is one for the books, and has to be one of my all time favorite semi-homemade recipes. The added color from the rainbow sprinkles gives it a tad of pizzazz, and the flavor of the cookies mixed in makes your taste buds smile.
As you’re planning birthday parties or other celebrations, keep this one in mind! Jazz it up as much or as little as you like. If you really LOVE cookies-n-cream, you could even add chopped Hersheys Cookies n Cream bars to the top. Wouldn’t that be a dream? If you’re not up for a whole lot of added flavors, you could simply dust the top with some powdered sugar and it would be just as lovely.
