Confetti Cookie Dough Paws

Ingredients

  • 1 paw print mold (or any shaped mold you like)
  • 1 package Eat Pastry Confetti Cookie Dough, room temp
  • Ghirardelli dark chocolate melts
  • Shimmer dust (optional, for sparkle)

Instructions

  1. Press the softened cookie dough firmly into each cavity of the mold. Freeze for at least 1 hour, or until completely solid.
  2. Melt the chocolate according to the package directions. Once the cookie dough shapes are set, remove them from the mold.
  3. You can either: Fully dip each piece into the melted chocolate and gently shake off excess or dip just the bottoms, leaving the top design visible.
  4. Place them on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate is set (about 30 minutes). Add shimmer dust if using. Enjoy chilled!
